		<description>I had a conversation with my husband last week that was pretty much exactly your point.  The NY Times might as well have told people that working will kill them - no direct correlation.  Pretty irresponsible journalism in my opinion.</description>

		<description>The press (mainstream and internet both) have a habit of jumping on a good headline, whether it is true or not.  Heck, since I&#039;ve been blogging and doing affiliate marketing, I&#039;ve lost almost 100 pounds.  Working from home gives me the time and flexibility to work out when it feels best for me, which conditions me to want to do it because it feels good.  If nothing else, you can use workout time to start planning your next post or to work through a bit of writer&#039;s block.</description>
