Every day I go on the Internet and perform vanity searches on my name, or my brands, or my competitor’s names. Why? Because I like to see what people are saying about me and my stuff, and I also like to keep up with what people are saying about my competitors and the things I like. This is called vanity searching.

Would you prefer to just let them talk about you and you not know? Or would you rather monitor what they are saying and heck, maybe even learn from it and contribute to it?
