		<description>often you hear &#039;horror stories&#039; or encounters with a customer service rep...  i mean i kinda understand their situation since it is a very tough job to have, receiving irate calls/customers on a daily basis and all... but i also appreciate excellent customer service, it says a lot about the company, i believe it only does nothing but positive things for the company...</description>
