		<description>Can&#039;t wait to see how you do Jim.  I started at 5&#039; 11&quot; and 275 so a little more to the &quot;obese&quot; side than you are but I&quot;m 218 as of today and still at it 7 months later.  My goal is 185.  

I feel low carb is the way to go although for appitite control as losing the carbs (sugars) seems to act a bit like a natural appetite suppressent.  I found Atkins a bit restrictive for me and prefer the South Beach method so I can have ample veggies.  Thanks for the post and best of luck to you!
