		<description>Back pain is awful, I&#039;ve suffered from it on and off all my life. I never knew whether it was best to rest or keep moving, so in the end I probably did neither properly. Then 10 years ago I started gardening. I&#039;ve had hardly any trouble since, so perhaps keeping going is the right thing to do. Good luck.</description>

		<description>I had gotten knee surgery a few months back, and I had to work. Although it sucked, I got through it and didn’t have to play catch up.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;But, what does not kill you makes you stronger. Good job.</description>
