While it was tough to pick from all of the foot action, I've got to say that I think the concept picture at #14 takes the prize for me.

At first I thought “who the heck wears socks with sandals”, but then after seeing some of those toes I understand. Though not a “mandal”, no. 8 got my vote for best looking of the bunch.
