Social media is about relationship building...as in the &#039;social&#039; in social media: Real people (behind the brand) to real people (customers/influencers/key players) interactions. And the media is the mean to do it. Starts with finding where your target market socialize, listen, engage a bit, engage more, get noticed, go on step further, discover affinity and build a relationship on it. &lt;br&gt;And yes, the hard part is the doing...as you said, it&#039;s a lot of work ;-).</description>
