I use the Flip cam to record. The trick is to have enough lighting behind the camera, and not so directly "hot" on your. I bounced this light off the ceiling. It's not perfect, but worked. Then I import the raw .avi file from the flip into Sony Vegas. I do not edit the levels at all. Then I render to .wmv files and use Tubemogul.com to upload. Nice and easy. The key is lighting.
