You Can’t Win, So Don’t Even Try

This is for anyone who wants to be successful. For anyone with the drive who keeps trying and trying yet keeps failing. For anyone who keeps being told you can’t do something.

On Sunday my beloved Cleveland Browns play the might New England Patriots. Nobody says the Browns can win. Nobody will pick them. They can’t win.

Right?

I’ve been in this Internet game for over 10 years now. I’ve produced thousands of websites, blogs, applications, etc… Many of those have failed. Yet, every day I get up and begin again, plotting my next idea and going for it.

I’ve been told I can’t do it. I’ve had investors laugh in my face. I’ve had bosses tell me to stop dreaming. You can’t do it Jim, there’s too much competition. You can’t do that Jim, it’ll never work.

I’m here to tell you that you can do it. Keep dreaming. Keep plotting. Find your passion and go for it. Make the investment, take a risk. Do it today.

Or don’t, and make the biggest mistake… failure by not trying.

End rant.

  • Any given Sunday, my man.

However, there are exceptions. Your Indians will be massacred by my Yankees. All hope is lost for them, even with home field advantage.
  • My plan worked. Thanks for jinxing them Shawn.
  • Good luck to your team! :)

Thanks a lot for posting this. It's just the sort of post most bloggers can relate to. Especially when some of the dominant fellows in our niches keep on telling us to give up because, in their views, no one is able to become as successful as they are, i.e. "Go look for another niche because this one is mine and you've got no chance against me!"
  • That's life.

You see a hot chick walking down the street, your mate says "you can't have her" so you just keep walking. Ofcourse then, you don't.

Listening to others negativity is the reason you can't get what you want.

Ploughing on regardless is the reason you succeed.
