You Should Start A Podcast

You should start a podcast. Why? Because your competitors are starting to do it, and frankly… it’s pretty easy and fun to do. There’s no excuses really.

Look around… Are you going to be the person who waited to do it and be behind the curve a year from now, or will you be the visionary in your industry? The team that “was doing it way before everyone else”. If you don’t believe that audio/video is going to be a HUGE part of the future of th web… well then, don’t start one. You get what I’m saying I hope!

Come back here after starting one, in 6 months, and tell me I was wrong, and I’ll give you $50. Deal?

When you join Jim's group you join thousands of other successful people who want to work together to grow their brands and businesses. When you join today, you'll get instant access to Jim's latest webinar replay entitled "The New Rules of Self-Publishing".

Before I begin podcasting on a regular basis, I decided to survey readers of one of my niche blogs to learn how important podcasts are to them.

Most don't recognize the word “podcast,” but some at least listen to music via iPods, and that gives me both leverage and a reason to begin recording.

I've been planning this since last year, Jim, when I attended PodCamp NYC. It's time to start. I'll let you know in six months how I've turned my readers into podcast believers.

I like the way you concentrate on the reasons to start doing videos and podcasts.
I will give it a try in the near future. I do hope that I can give as much life to it as you do here Jim. I see have seen quite a few videos that are pretty boring, even though the content is good.

One thing about podcast is it is attracting viewers but you need to have the right equipment and the knowledge. Not everyone can do that though.

Doing it before everyone else is actually a very good thing as when the thing has started to be popular, you would be among the pioneers of the thing..
